Latest Review. Got my red Corsa back. Yippee DLG Wednesday done a brilliant job on it looks faultless, 1st Class. Tony went over the list of the things done. Great service, phone me the same day I put accident claim in and arranged date for them to pick-up my car for repair. Then phoned me a week before to ask if they could pick up the car earlier, which I said it was ok. All in all done a fantastic job, so please with it. kept me update with the process of the repair, and when it was completed arranged for my car to be dropped off to me .Service: Body & Trim
My car was picked up from my home after somebody driving into the back of me. The car was put onto a transporter. I took a photo of my mileage before the car was taken away. The car was away for 2 months due to the garage struggling to get parts, I was kept up to date by email about the progress reasonably regularly. The car came back on the transporter cleaned and looking beautiful. I didn't move the car until the following day, checked the mileage, the paperwork stated that there was 1 mile put on the clock the actual mileage was different by 76 miles !!!!! Other than that, I was completely satisfied with the service.

My car was damaged in a collision. DLG collected my car repaired it and returned it to me without any hassle. The car looks better than new! Damaged my rear nearside passenger door and my vehicle was sent to this garage for repair by their own insurance company Direct Line. Car was collected from me 14/11/2022 came back a week later with the bottom of the door sticking out just as it was when damaged, resprayed okay, no valeting as supposedly should be done. They used half a tank of my petrol on supposed test drive what they are not aware of is google maps gives me an update every month as to where my car has visited! Car returned to them for fault to be re -done, returned to me with correction on the door, valeted and with the understanding I now needed a new sill but they hadn't got it in stock until 13/12/2022 it's now 19/12/2022 still no contact from this garage as to when the sill will be fitted, no explanation as to why my vehicle was sent back to me with the door sticking out at an angle, no apology, no quality control report as how this passed inspection. Appalling customer service, and female phone staff need to realise when a customer is upset with the state their vehicle has been returned in they really don't need someone on the end of the phone arguing with them, they want a positive approach of we will get this done and sorted out for you.Service: Body & Trim
they did a brilliant job at repairing my car can’t tell there was even damage to it. Came back lovely and clean like brand new again. Also why they had my car they kept me updated regularly I did not have to chase them up. Really impressed with there service
The service I received was fantastic, car was repaired after a collision. I was updated on a regular basis concerning the repair. They delivered the car less than three weeks later. Needless to say the repair was fantastic. Looks like a new car. Highly recommended.
