Without doubt some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I ordered a meter box on 04 June and it took around 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was damaged. I emailed to arrange a replacement and had no response, so called up and was reassured that this would be resolved quickly. I had repetitive promises that a collection/redelivery would be arranged over the following weeks, I phoned them 5 or 6 times and emailed them again, and had zero proactivity from them. Eventually a replacement was delivered, nearly 2 months after my initial order. The product itself is good, albeit expensive, but I was ready to involve trading standards because the customer care was so poor. No attempts were made to rectify the error beyond a half-hearted apology.
