We had excellent service throughout the sale of our property via Dixons, Burntwood. We were kept well informed of developments as they happened - communication was first class. The staff were friendly and courteous and inspired confidence that any problems would speedily be resolved. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dixons to our friends and relations should they ever need to move house.

A big thank you to Andy and Natasha for all their hard work and effort in securing the sale on our property! Super service, kept up to date every step of the way. Even went out of their way to try and find us a new home after ours had sold with canvassing. 10/10. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

We bought our new house from Dixons estate agent in Burntwood. We met Andy when viewing another house they were selling and we told him what sort of house we were looking for and the location we needed. He spent some time talking to us and offered us some excellent advice and said he would keep us in mind if any suitable houses should come on the market. Indeed when a house on the estate we were looking at came up for sale, even though this one was with another agent, he rang me to see if I was aware of it. We finally bought the original house we wanted through Dixons when it came back up for sale. We received an excellent service from Andy and Natasha and they helped us secure our dream home. Thanks Dixons.

My parents sold their house through Dixons Burntwood office and the service they received from Andy and Natasha was 'First Class' the house sold as soon as it went on the market and Andy was there for them all the way from the start to the completion, they are elderly and he went out of his way to make sure the whole sale process went as smoothly as possible for them.
