My experience of Mick Lear's work was excellent. He promptly came and did work on 3 separate occasions - to our lounge and kitchen windows. His workmanship was superb. Very neat work on all 3 jobs. Also, I was very impressed with the care he took to prevent dust and dirt,etc. going into the house. He was very tidy and took great care to clear up well once he had completed each job.Very nice manner.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I have recently had a kitchen fitted by Michael Lear of Distinctive Home Improvements. This is the second time I have used him as he is totally reliable. He is clean and tidy and a very knowledgeable chap. The kitchen looks fabulous, his attention to detail is second to none. I would certainly recommend him for any job big or small

FIRST CLASS JOB!! I have used Mick on several previous occasions and have always been very happy with his workmanship. He is an extremely tidy worker and offers advice throughout the whole job. Accordingly I had no hesitation in asking him to repair my garage and shed flat roofs. He applied EPDM flat rubber roofing which has completely enhanced the appearance of the whole house. As usual Mick undertook this project with the utmost professionalism and craftsmanship.

Brilliant job on cleaning my patio and decking which had seen better days. Very professional, no hard sell. Tidy worker and excellent price.

Thanks to Mick my roof is spotless and my driveway looks better that when I first moved in. It's the best job i've ever seen. After he finished jet washing my drive, there isnt any dirt when he cleans up. The price was cheap and the quality of the work was 5 star. What a job.
