Bought a big Pumba from here and my girlfriend a special edition stitch funko pop!. Lady at the till was lovely and polite, had a little chat about the store and she said she had been there since it opened 22 years ago, dedication right there. I visit this store every time I go Bluewater, love it
This shop has wonderful helpful staff that will make sure you are looked after while there and this store has always had the best selection of stock in to cater for all disney fans and its clean and tidy for a busy store too. I especially love the big stitch statue they have in store he's one of my favourites.
A dream come tru fir every child and adult. An place like other. Spent there some time and never got bored over there. For me - I was looking for references to Disney characters from my childhood, and all the little kisses out there - were looking for their contemporary characters from their everyday cartoons. Everyone found sth amazing fir them.
I received really bad customer service in store by one lady. I genuinely avoid this store now at the cost of this womans behaviour. I expect we all have bad days but I wouldn't expect the level of disgusting attitude by a more mature lady to say the lest including being in a child environment aswell. It doesn't decline the other people who work in store they have been amazing in the past!
It was fine, not too crowded. Lots of merchandise in store too. Unfortunately I could not find my item but then Beauty and the Beast was a few years ago. Have since found item online and it arrives today.
Had the pleasure of visiting with my granddaughter a couple of months back when first re opened. We had to briefly queue, but only for a minute or two. The lovely Meg was by the door and was happy to chat and answer my granddaughter's questions about Disney so she wasn't too fussed about the wait!! The store was very pretty with the sparkly floor!! Just a shame other customers weren't very abiding of social distancing!!
This place is my idea of a slice of heaven. Always have lovely displays and staff are great. They always help you find what you need and advise on products that may not be available. You always feel special. I also love that Disney....finally have a lot more adult merchandise! Thank you Disney! Love the bags, shirts and stationary. Please continue to think of us women ;
Really good place to shop, it's just a shame, it's closing Down. No cheap star wars lego toys on offer though, none at All!!! , but good luck to all the staff who unfortunately are being made redundant, a BIG, BIG, BIG, BIG, BIG,,, shame on Disney.
Staff are really good in this shop, really patient and friendly.....that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. However, some of the prices have really increased AND they will still charge you extra for a carrier bag no matter how much you spend.
Staff are so friendly and really make sure you have a good shopping experience. No matter how busy the store gets no one gets stressed and still keep a smile on there face. Disney really do make the effort to make sure you keep coming back. Went in to get some clothing ready for a trip to Florida. More excited now than before I went into the store.
