Absolute legends! I cannot recommend enough. They manage to save my data from a corrupt and accidentally wiped SD card. They did it in record speed, and stayed late to get the job done and I cannot thank them enough. Outstanding service from Shakeel!
I had a a corrupted and physically damaged 2TB Seagate HDD which had a lot of precious data on it. I'd use Disk Doctor Labs back in 2019, when I'd had another failed drive actually a friend's that needed data to be recovered. At that time, they were based in Old Street. Since they'd done a great job then, I found them via Google Maps: they're now based in Bank. I left them with the damaged disk and a replacement for the recovered data - if it could be recovered, because it had been over a year since the drive failed. Long story short, they gave me a very competitive quote, diagnosed the disk for free, and 4 working days after I gave them the go-ahead, I collected the data on the replacement drive. They charged me for a standard service ie not a priority rush-job price, and all 1.6TB recovered with minimal data lost to corrupted files. They were very straight-up and honest, and did what it said on the tin. If you need data recovered, check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Disk Doctors have give me a great service. I had an old hard drive from a 35-year old computer which had read errors and was starting to fail. Shakeel from Disk Doctors assessed it quickly, gave me a fair price, and was very patient while I decided if I wanted to go ahead with the work. When I chose to go ahead, he did the job really quickly, recovered what I wanted, and communicated well throughout. What made this more impressive was that the computer my HD came out of was a Commodore Amiga - in other words not a PC or Mac - and was formatted with a proprietary filesystem, which didn't cause Disk Doctors any issues. Well done guys, I'm happy to recommend your service!
Excellent service. Managed to retrieve all photos/videos from a camera SD card from a recent holiday. The camera was not recognising the card and I thought all photos had been lost. I contacted Disk Doctors on a Saturday and got a reply the same day. Took the card in for testing the next week and later that day was told the card had a logical corruption issue but the data was retrievable. I got all the data back via a USB stick. Shakeel was very helpful and the cost was reasonable. Hope I never have this issue again but will definitely use Disk Doctors if I do.
My external hard drive suddenly was not being recognised by my pc. On it was the key financial data from three charities I administer and some personal information so my panic levels were quite high about getting the data back. I live in London and Disk Doctors are based in London just two short train rides away, extremely close to Mansion House tube, so it was good to be able to visit with the failed disk to discuss the issues with Shakeel as well as drop it off. I prefer to be able to talk to someone in person at times like this. I discovered that Shakeel is a very approachable and patient man and - as it transpired - a very professional computer engineer. He kept me informed on progress with identifying the data with a 'site map' of the data for me to verify beforehand, which was reassuring, and then went on to complete the successful extraction much quicker than the scheduled option, for which I was most grateful. When I went to his lab at Disk Doctors to transfer the data to a hard drive which I supplied, Shakeel estimated that it would be about 2-3 hours to complete, so I could wait around or return home and come next day. When I opted to wait around Shakeel then pointed out some interesting parts of London in that area his lab is close to St Paul's Cathedral that I might visit while he made the transfer. In the event, it was a quicker extraction than we had both first thought and Shakeel kept me informed on progress while I browsed the local shops, the cathedral, and rested in a little park nearby. Shakeel rang me to confirm that he had made a successful extraction, to my utmost relief, and when I returned to collect my data, he also told me about the changes in that area of London, which he had witnessed, while we sorted the paperwork. One added bonus is that Disk Doctors retains a copy of your data for a further seven days, so if you spot anything is amiss you have back up available. He also showed me how this could be done online, if required, which would be convenient for those living outside the capital. All in all, it has been a pleasure to have Shakeel's reassuring and professional approach to an anxiety ridden situation. This is worth paying for, in my opinion. It's hard to know what a fair price is for this kind of process but I don't think Disk Doctors' prices are above the industry average, as far as I can tell. It certainly seemed a fair deal to me from a person who struck me as very honest and straightforward - how rare is that, these days? Shakeel went the extra mile for me, so I have no hesitation in highly recommending Disk Doctors, like many other people on this review thread. Thank you for the service you provide.
I have had an amazing experience with Disk Doctors Data Recovery. I had some of my video files erased and corrupted and was in need of a professional service. Disk doctors were amazing help and my files were successfully recovered. I would recommend this service.
I had a dvd to which I had transferred footage from a video of my children as babies but was unable to play it on my dvd player. Big panic!! Disk Doctors came to my rescue.
