With over thirty years experience in Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda vehicles, Discount VW Audi Centre in Hoylake on the Wirral, is an efficient, friendly and professional family-run business offering a real alternative to paying main dealer prices for all your SERVICING, REPAIRS, MOT'S, and PARTS. Importantly this also applies if your vehicle is under warranty due to the automotive block exemption regulation.

Founded in 1984 as Beetlemania, the company, through natural progression expanded to specialise in all Volkswagen Audi Seat and Skoda vehicles. Moving to larger premises Discount VW Audi Centre evolved. The company is family run and fronted by brother and sister team offering all customers a friendly and professional welcome.

Our on-site PARTS DEPARTMENT opened in 2002 and carries a huge and varied range of parts which are immediately available, thus eliminating un-necessary delays in the return of your vehicle. We are delighted to offer up to 70% saving against main dealer prices where possible. With the mechanical and technical back-up of the garage this has become a winning combination.
The opening of our MOT bay in 2006 completed our full range of 'in house' services which makes us not only financially advantageous but also more convenient for all our customers.

In the interest of our customers, we have invested heavily in DIAGNOSTIC and AIR CONDITIONING equipment and training, in order to keep pace with developments in car design and to provide the highest quality service for the vehicles of the Volkswagen Audi Group.

We are also delighted to offer you free use of a COURTESY CAR which enables you to carry on with your day whilst your vehicle is with us.

Spent £2885 over 12 months on repairs / servicing / mot advisories from this company. Last visit for a “gearbox leak” was the last straw. Booked me in following service many extra costs for gearbox leak they said needs to be fixed, was quoted £1k for this. Booked this in and They Called before me a few days before to check I was still coming. Then I arrive and am told staff are sick and to leave your car with us. They later called and said they would need it for 4/5 days! Nobody told me it was going to take longer than a day, I assumed I would be getting my car back on the same day, pain organising child seat with no notice when you use an isofix. They then called again later that day saying it was going to be between £1103-£1283 not the £1k I was quoted when they first looked. My response was to assume this was a joke, receptionist offered zero customer service let alone an apology, I thought they would offer discount from the £1000 quoted initially due to messing me about. Thankfully - I refused and took my car back. The best bit… I took my car twice to another repair shop and there is no leak! they checked this for free and showed me pictures of my non leaking gearbox. And that is more than VW discount Audi has ever done for me. Awful service from vw discount,  thought a manager would call me or something once I picked my car back up but they don’t want to know or help and worst of all seemed to be trying to con me out of more and more money for a repair that wasn’t needed. Won’t be using them again. My advice is to get a comparison quote if using these although I wouldn’t, as my regret is paying them nearly £3k already without comparing / going elsewhere as I am now concerned I have already been financially fiddled over the last year. Personally won’t be using these again and don’t recommend them.

Good price for re-gassing my air-con. Well organised and good communication. Very happy and will take my car back there again..

Really impressed and would strongly recommend this garage to friends and family. I took my Audi A4 in for a service. At the same time they also noticed the cam belt needed replacing. Their communication and friendliness is really second to none! Thanks a lot

After having been recommended to me i took my A4 in for a wheel bearing replacement. Really friendly no nonsense service got the job done quickly. Also diagnosed a long standing noise that audi couldn't find so ill be going back to get that work done.

I was disappointed in the service received, I went with a specific problem that I had diagnosed by a Halfords and was told I needed a VW garage to solve the problem. They convinced me that wouldn’t be the problem and needed to do their own diagnostic tests. They then replaced a part that they said was the problem costing me over £300 for the problem not to be solved. I then took it back to the garage for them to tell me the original problem I thought it was was the issue! Very frustrating!  They also tried to convince me that I had a dead battery I needed it replacing! I wouldn’t trust them.  Communication was also poor. Would not recommend and shall not be returning.

Superb garage and a great bunch of friendly staff! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and always had top quality servicing and repairs at a fraction of the price of the main dealership. The staff go out of their way to ensure your car is back on the road in no time and offer courtesy cars so your never without a vehicle.

Care, understanding and speed of action are the three key qualities you need from your garage as a driving instructor. First time using these guys they demonstrated all three in abundance, from the moment they answered the phone, to the final conclusion, they went above and beyond my expectations  Thank you, I will definitely be using you again.

First time using them for my Seat leon and was very impressed with their professional service and friendly, knowledgeable staff.I will definitely return in the future. The cost of replacing a cambelt and water pump was very reasonable.

I used this garage recently in an emergency when my car wouldn't start. Sandy was fantastic and helped arrange recovery of my vehicle and a repair at short notice despite being fully booked. The service was fantastic and a courtesy car was also available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage for great service at a reasonable price.  service at a reasoprice.
