Lovely pub, lovely food. But for me it’s not many choices of main course, about desserts, looks good and tasty, I ordered red velvet cheesecake, but was run out , finally grabbed meringue roulade with vanilla ice cream, tasty !

Came her to celebrate my in-laws' 50th Anniversary. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was reasonable priced and good value for money. Also, very well presented. The lamb shank was exceptional. My in-laws are very hard to please but both said the will definitely return, as will I.
Never visited before but have already booked in again!! Met friends for lunch. They brought their two dogs and we were shown a table in the dog friendly section. Waiter quickly took our drinks order and left us to choose our meals. I opted for the vegetable curry which was served in a dish and was accompanied by a generous portion of rice and a small naan bread. My friend order salmon and vegetable lasagne. We all agreed the food was delicious and filling; so much so that none of us could manage dessert so we all had coffee. Lovely food, great service and three very satisfied and happy customers! Hand-gel on entry and social distancing was in place. After our meal we found a lovely path alongside the nearby river, little bridges and locks too. Ideal to walk off our lovely meal I would Highly Recommend The Dirty Duck!

Great find a bit off the beaten track with plenty of parking, great food, nice selection of real ales, and great access to the canal for a nice walk. The pub has a good atmosphere, with inside and outside seating options. It was really busy when we went on Saturday afternoon testament to how good the pub is!, and the staff did a good job of warning us on food wait times - thanks. Unfortunately the catch of the day wasn’t available but I was offered an alternative and was really pleased with it. Great! We’ll be back.
Belvoir valley and owned by the Castle Estate. Camping £25 + in the car park / camping area. Located by the Grantham Canal. Very Picturesque.
Lovely outdoor area, based beside the canal. Inside nicely laid out, good coffee and friendly staff. Didn't try the food. Great base for a walk along the canal path
Good range of beers, good atmosphere. Very popular on a Sunday lunch, book if you plan to eat. Great spot to start/finish a walk along the Grantham Canal.
Had great time last night 5/4/19. We went to the wine tasting and nibbles night. Brilliant! Will be going again. Wine was excellent from Magestic wines Grantham. The nibbles superb.
