Our experience with Jack at Direct Power was a very positive one. When planning to have significant electrical work done it ‘s really important to have clear communication . Jack is clear, courteous and prompt. His quote was thorough, competitive and arrived when he said it would. He went the extra mile to research a solution to suit our particular needs. A breath of fresh air.  It is lovely to see a young, friendly electrician that is out to get a job done not just run up a bill.  Arrived on time, spotlessly clean, extremely well mannered and was a pleasure to have in the house.  My job became a lot more complicated and lengthy than I was quoted for yet he didn't charge any more for all the extra hours it took and left very proud of being able to overcome all the difficulties he found when he started.  Can't recommend Jack enough

Direct Power Electrical Services  I called Direct Power Electrical Services following a night without lighting to the ground floor of my house. I had spent the previous evening trying understand why my RCD kept tripping. By process of elimination I traced it to the ground floor lighting circuit, but that’s as far as I got. I spoke to Jack at DPES and he said he was working on a job some 70 miles away, but would hopefully be able to come out to me that afternoon or early evening. He was with me at 2.30. Within an hour he was on his way to his next job, having identified and isolated a short circuit in a length of cable inside my wall. He left having checked that all my lighting was functioning as it should be. His quick grasp of the situation and his problem solving techniques enabled a fault to be found in an almost impossible situation. As you can probably tell I was most impresses, and very grateful. If you are looking for a friendly, professional service look no further than Direct Power Electrical Services. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone without a moments hesitation. A truly 5 star service.
