Very happy with the blinds. Service was in the time frame expected. Very tidy and left no mess. Would recommend Direct Blinds
Our blind for bay window and blackout blind for bedroom was fitted today. Very obliging as I had to change time for fitting. Very efficient and we are extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend their products and services.
I'm all for supporting local business, checking out some blinds online as you do, decided to go the next day to the local shop. Women in shop needs a lesson in customer service, not friendly at all and not very helpful either and when your dealing with a customer and the phone rings, let it. As for the price I was quoted for one blind £175.00 when online the same type for £100 less is taking the p. Sorry to say but I'll be shopping online. Little surprise there are no prices listed on their site.
Came in to browse for blinds near the end of a day. They were happy for us to stay an extra few minutes. The shop is not large but we found plenty of blind samples to look at and good displays.
Great thank you. Love my blackout blind for my skylight. Found them very helpful and reasonably priced. Would use again x
