I used to rate this surgery - best one around - but lately it is terrible. Yesterday evening up to 8 of us waiting to be served, 1 youmg lad serving taking much longer on 1 customer.nI was ignored when I called to the 6 people in the back putting stock away, called for the manager who wouldn't come to the front saying they were busy in the back. Would rather have the customers stood waiting at probably the busiest time and put stock away. Terrible customer service.
Had a nightmare day. The short version is today, Georgia was amazing and did everything to help me sort my husbands medication. Having given me the appropriate advice to quicken the process when speaking to the doctors receptionist...
I've had to change from this chemist as they're useless. Queues to the door and lots of people obtaining that they can't get their medication as they don't have the stock on certain pharmaceuticals.nI had to go in there the other day for my partner, no stock so they said they'd get it the next morning, she went in late morning and they still didn't have it so I went in for her later in the afternoon, the queue was to the door and I counted 9 staff in the back room all getting in each others way and people waiting for meds, and the usual rubbish, that they don't have it in stock when people have ordered the stuff the week before.nI'm glad I don't use them now!
Me myself has never had any problems with this pharmacy but my mum can never get though to them as they never pick up the phone and always doesn’t get her full prescription that she needs urgent
They USED to be really quick at dispatching your prescriptions. Now sadly it’s full of young people who like to stand around in the back and chat to each other rather than see to customers. If they were taught to use their own initiative then I’m sure they would give a better service. It’s a shame it’s like it is now, it used to be awesome.
