Really lovely meal! Felt totally comfortable with the measures put in place to ensure safety against COVID-19

Amazingly great food and a very pleasing ambience. Would highly recommend.

Called in to this place on way back from a weekend away. Just booked about 40 mins before we arrived . Early Saturday evening about 5pm party of four. Nice easy menu, mediteranean mix of food, staff were casual attentive and humourous. It had a nice vibe even with the social distancing. Cost around 35 pounds per head 2 rounds of drinks and three courses. Was just so good. Will definitely go back

Restaurant was lovely nice atmosphere. Andy who served myself and my husband was lovely. Andy was attentive and very polite and chatty with customers. All precautions taken for covid safety in place at the restaurant. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. The desert were also to die for. The rump fillet was gorgeous. Well done to all the staff.

Very accommodating, friendly polite well trained staff. Food was exceptional, very impressed. I had The Guinness Ox Cheek, absolutely beautiful highly recommend. The meat just melted in my mouth, cooked to perfection. I can't wait to return, next time I'm bringing friends.

Went for a meal the other night, lovely environment, brilliant staff, very friendly and attentive, the drinks were incredible, the gin and tonic was lovely as were the Christmas cocktails I sampled. Unfortunately they were let down massively by the quality of the food; now the food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either, some of the choices of flavour combinations were quite unusual mustard with fish cakes and on my main the balance of the seasoning was all wrong, it just tasted overwhelmingly of garlic. Everyone in our party felt that their mains really let the meal down and for the price you pay, because it's not cheap, dinnerstones really need to step up their game as there are plenty of amazing restaurants in the area that match or even undercut them on price.

I've given it 5 stars what more can I say except the added bonus was that being in the Poet's Corner made it extra special. The atmosphere was buzzing,the staff was superb. Highly recommended. I started with the Buddha Bowl which was unusual but very nice and tasty followed with Teriyaki Salmon and rice were done to perfection, finally the mouthwatering blue berry cheesecake. Thanks Dinnerstone for a wonderful time

Limited Vegan options. The vegan pasta used is also gluten free with a texture of rubber. Why not just use standard durum wheat pasta for vegans? The 'garlic'  bread is a pizza base with oil drizzled on top and no garlic. Very expensive for the food provided. Great staff though and a good bar.

We had the most wonderful time here on Sunday 11/11/18. It was a surprise birthday party for my 65th and was my first visit. We had a beautiful room, the most wonderful friendly and efficient staff, the food was perfect and we had music of our choice. What a fabulous day, thank you  Dinnerstone.
