Honestly one of the worst places I've been to eat. Firstly no staff take your order or greet you on arrival?? Having to figure out you've to get your own menus from the till so annoying. Secondly having to go back to the till to make an order and get your own cutlery and napkins by yourself I've never seen before. Thirdly being charged nearly 60 euro for a 2 adults and chips nuggets for one child and mash for the other is shocking . It's Chipper food priced like your staying in the Gresham hotel in Dublin. Finally the nuggets where like bricks I wouldnt give them to a dog. Avoid this place at all cost go to one of the hotels in town its cheaper for food.
A very disappointing experience. I walked in Dinkin's home bakery and cafe with excitement as the look gave great welcoming and promising for quality. However it ran down straight away as i look at rather sad display of tarts and cakes. They all look unattractive and old and poor quality. We chose a slice of rhubarb tart, a cream fruit tart, a tea and a black coffee. They costed over 14 euros which is a quite pricey even for a fancy cafe in a big city. However the quality did not match the price. The tarts was sugary and tasteless. They was obviously not fresh. Decorated fresh strawberries in the tart was dark and weary as they had been there for long. The black coffee was burnt as it had been left in the machine head longer it should be. It was shocking pricey with poor quality. Don't let the look of the cafe fool you.
Wow, I was thoroughly impressed with the food, amazing flavour and huge portions, we could not find fault with the food or service, it is my new go to spot in Monaghan town

Had a great breakfast here after arriving from airport. Friendly staff and great sourdough.
Had fish and chips, worst food I every tasted, fish was like rubber, it had been reheated over and over. We definitely will not come back
Wow.. 12.95€ for a midweek lunch thar was delicious
Expensive, quality of breakfast nit great and service...well there isn't any to speak of.
Very friendly staff and customers .. all very welcoming with good food and good value
Breakfast is abundant and they have a decent coffee.
