David, Andrew and I have been so very pleased to meet the Dillamore "Family" during this time of sadness and need. The Funeral arrangements for Ron were perfect and for that we each thank you. We have just used Dillamores for my wife Monica's funeral and I cannot praise the Staff and their Service enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a similar sad situation to contend with From my familiy's first meeting with Sally, when my head was in a totally confused state, she calmly walked me through the whole process fully explaining all the options that were available to us. Thereafter anything that we required or any little detail we wanted added or changed was accomodated without any fuss which is what is so needed at such a traumatic time. Everything was organised precisely and Sally continually kept us informed with any developments. However there is always the nagging doubt and concern that something will not work out but on the day of the Funeral itself, everything was absolutely perfect without any hitches, I need not have worried. The Order of Service Design was beautiful, the Team of Pall Bearers and Drivers were so respectful and my family and friends all commented on how Perfect everything had been executed and that Dillamores had really done Monica proud. I am so pleased with our decision to use Dillamores.

We, as a family were very pleased that we decided to use Dillamore Funeral Service for my husbands funeral arrangements. They are a small, private, local company offering a bespoke service. We were courteously and kindly taken through all the options available, without any hurry. The arrangements were further complicated by needing to collect my husband from Devon, where we had been on holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, and Karen and all the Dillamore staff made a difficult time much easier. We used Bierton Crematorium for the service who also were superb in their care and advice, and it is a very beautiful setting. They also have parking for 100 cars which was needed for what became a standing room only service.

We are incredibly grateful to Dillamores and especially Karen for ensuring my Dad was treated with the utmost respect and care. They collected him from Suffolk and we held the funeral in Watford and the whole process was so calmly and thoughtfully dealt with . Our celebrant was on hand to step in and support us through the service and everyone who attended felt he was honoured in exactly the way he would have wished. It was a perfect celebration of his very well lived life . Thank you again to Dillamores.

Dillamores have provided funeral services for both of my parents, my father 4 years ago and my mother in January of this year. They have been so kind, thoughtful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. It was particularly lovely to see the respectful way in which my mum was carried into the crem - which meant such a lot. Thanks guys!

An absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Incredibly helpful, super-efficient, sensitive and kind. The have done the funerals of both my mother and father, seven years apart, and the service was simply impeccable both times. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We would like to thank Dillamores for their kindness, and caring manner in helping us to say goodbye to our mum, nan, Peggy Waters, it was a beautiful send off, my mum would've loved it!
