Extremely pleased with the print I received. Never used this company before and wanted a highly detailed large scale print of my work, and was impressed with the outcomes other people have had. I've had prints in the past from other companies which looked no different to just printing an image out on a standard inkjet printer, but I was not disappointed by the product. The colours were on point, the detail was there and it was posted relatively quickly
This is the first time ordering from digitalab. I needed some mounted prints for an exhibit and decided to try these guys out at the recommendation of some acquaintances. Using the website was pretty easy, they have several options on there for mounted prints. I would have loved it if they had videos or better images with examples of the mounts so I can get a better visual idea of how they looked. This time around the description was enough for me to be able to pick what I needed. I went for foam board mounted prints 5mm. The order took a bit longer than expected and what I was initially told over the phone at first inquiry. I called digitalab to inquiry when they would be finished and was told the date, which was a bit too late for me. Inquired if there is a way to get it finished quicker and was told I will get a call back with the answer. I received an email after the weekend, and was told that they would be finished the following day. As promised the prints were done in time and when I went to pick them up my little heart nearly exploded. They were absolutely stunning. I'm honestly bummed out I didn't order more. The mount is sturdy but light, it looks absolutely amazing up on the wall, the colours were stunning and at this point I want to print all my photos with them and cover all my walls . The customer service was amazing. My problem was fixed quickly. I'm bummed out that you guys moved so far away but that won't stop me from using your services.
Do not use! Part of the order never arrived, no refund or explanation given, very poor communication, and the scan quality is much less than what is listed on the website. Stay away to avoid disappointment.

Amazing Quality of the photos I order, I used them in an exhibition and they were amazing. Also I was working to a tight deadline the team went out of their way to get the photos to me really quickly Huge thank you. You have been recommended to all the other photographers that were there as well.
Sadly very disappointed that the Wee Album Co has gone in with Digitalab. Previously customer service was second to none, it's now terribly slow. Quality doesn't seem what it was, colour saturation dull, choices on the website really limited for covers when previously there was a fantastic range UV printed box never arrived with the order which I'm delivering to my customer today as they have been waiting long enough. Looks like I'm on the hunt for a new album company then.
This was my first time using an online photo print service and I am very pleased with the results. I ordered a 8x6, 15x10 and a large 24x16 which were printed and delivered within a couple of days, well packed too. Prices are fair and the quality of the print is lovely. Will definitely be using their services again in the future and will also recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you Digitalab and Emma!
