Very unfriendly staff. During terrible weather conditions when the rest of the community was pulling together staff at this shop were very unhospitable. After witnessing a member of staff kicking up a fuss and complaining about charging a phone for a local shop owner who was stranded in Beccles for days on end I left and don’t intend to return.
