From start to finish I was given straightforward advise and always understood my position.  I was always kept well informed at each stage.  I was more than happy with the outcome of my case and felt that I was well looked after throughout.

Absolutely zero communication I had sent four emails with no answer. Still waiting for a response.  Drags case our over a long period of time.  In reply to your reply, no that is incorrect this is the second person I have dealt with in this company. The correspondence from both has been nothing but abysmal. I have every email I have sent and the weeks it has taken for a  response.

Digby Brown Glasgow and particularly Neil Wright helped in compensation process after a significant cycle incident. The care and professionalism was exemplary and I was guided through the 18 month process in a smooth manner. Having never required such a service I was surprised at the breadth of investigation. Communication was excellent at all times with phone calls , texts and e-mails updating me on the progress. Hopefully never to be repeated !

Took two years investigating on an injury in the workplace broken arm and with 2 months till the deadline decided that they didn't want to do the case. After one of the employees who told staff he was paid £150 by the employer to lie and say that that it was the injured person's fault. Even with a witness saying that he had been told by the employee of the payment. Terrible experence, complete waste of time. Do not believe the hype over this company. Would not recommend Digby Brown. If I could do zero stars I would.

Gary and Tom were very professional giving me valuable advice with my claim going forward. Email Communication was excellent with regular updates.  Gary was also very flexible with zoom times considering the time difference between New Zealand and UK.   There was a bit of confusion with compensation payment which took a bit longer than expected, but a minor hiccup which was sorted.  We highly recommend Gary and the team at Digby Brown. Thanks guys.  Monica took on my case after i had been intentionally hit by a vehicle whilst out cycling, the whole process itself was steady and progressive, from the case being launched to final settlement figure being offered. I obviously had to pick 1 star, to actually post a review, This company has wrecked my life, Karina Sartain telling me to take the first offer & without a premedical is an absolute disgrace, now i can't move onto another lawyer as they have not did what i asked & refused the offer, the poorest communication ever, she kept saying i that the pictures i sent of the severe bruising wasn't coming through, but my nephew whos 6 years old can accept pictures on his phone, I did not accept the offer in writing, inadmissible evidence a voicemail. I did on a voicemail & due to menopause, it was the end of November i was desperate, Christmas was around the corner, she was desperate for me to accept the first offer & mental health issues & a change to a lot of my medication & increased medication she had no right. The mature female lawyer never even contacted my physiotherapist when i asked her did she contact my physio she said no, that is totally unacceptable, she never  told the bus company of my ongoing hospital appointments, my mri scan that she knew nothing about, it's obvious she has not done her job properly, or that I had whiplash or that I have 2 crushed nerves in my neck, now I have to re- learn how to move both of my finger's & that is going to take time & that's if i ever do, it's something I'm struggling with as I have mental health & I am registered disabled & now my life is ruined thanks to Digby and Brown. Don't worry I'm taking this to the highest I will not stop until I her what I am needing to survive.

Excellent service from start to finish, medical and legal experts brought in to pursue my claim which was a lengthy one, no win no fee was absolutely fantastic in my case given the cost of the experts involved. I would highly recommend Digby Brown, I was not even sure I had a case.
