Digbits answered the call when I needed specialist parts. I am a complete novice, I know nothing about hydraulics, mechanics or diggers. Richard patiently got everything right so now I am proud to put them in our little book of suppliers that go the extra mile and I will call them again.
I would give LESS stars if i could, i ordered a set of bushes, one bush arrived smooth correct one with grease groovesincorrect, i was then told they did not send me the smooth one and i was misinforming themlying on 3 separate phone calls, one of those was with the manager. I then had to send a picture of the old bushes we had removed as proof the smooth one was not an original and they had sent it, they then call me back to tell me there was a note on their system and they did send it but it was an older style bush they no longer stock, 4 phone calls later and me taking pictures of the old bushes to prove they did send it and they admit fault but no apology. absolutely awful service from the parts team and manager who i spoke to. It probably would have been cheaper after all this to buy originals. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, EVER, TO ANYONE.nnThe people i spoke to and their knowledge of parts and customer care seemed to be below the minimum i would expect from a company like this. The way i was spoken to when informing them of the mistake somehow come back on me being dishonest, this is my 1st and last time using this company.
Just had my 5th attachment from DigBits delivered! a new 48 inch grading bucket. to add to the grading beam, the grapple ,landscape rake and narrow trenching cable buckets. Nikki in sales is very helpfull and the 7-10 dys build time was cut in half and delivery by Tuffnes 8am after bank holiday monday! Great ervice and strong well made build quiality. Thanks all at Dig Bits!
