Visited on 13th Feb at 10am. The lady did my registration work was very nice, helpful and chatty. The whole registration process took 20 minutes. Only card payment acceptednot sure if it is the general case. Very relaxed experience after all. 5 stars for the kind officer.

Went there, saw a lady stand outside the door told me to register online for appointment,just why and the online registration is broken, like the website is literally a bug itself, it really needs a patch, I probably have to wait ages to receive an appointment. I would rather been fined for £100 than wait

The registration service is usually booked, so you may need 2-4 months to get an appointment. We you go there for your appointment, however, it takes you only 10 minutes to finish your registration. The staff are very welcoming
