Firstly I would like to say I have been here for about a year and always up until this point very very happy. Sadly though on this occasion I asked for a colour (I produced a picture) and received a completely different colour.l to what I wanted. My hair was already bleach blonde and I just wanted a slight honey blonde to be addednin amongst the lighter blonde. My Hair is now dark ash brown with a slight green tinge to it. Blowdry was not fully done and left with wet hair at the back of my neck. Hair was straightened despite this. This upset me as usually my hair is dried beautifully. I was Shocked and was not sure what to do. I really like the girl who did my hair and felt awful. I was Very disappointed when charged full price. Straight away the next morning I asked via an email tonthe boss to have a refund for the colour based on my hair being completely different to what I asked for. I also attached a before and after picture of proof; plus the picture of the colour I wanted. The Manager agreed it was not at all what I asked for. And she said she can understand why I would be upset. The Manager kept putting of giving me refund. Kept asking me to go in. I explained that firstly I did not want anything else put on my hair as it will damage it if more products added. I explained that I will have to just live with it and condition it for the short term. Secondly I have a small child and child care is not easy for me and these things have to be booked quite far in advance. I asked again just to have a refund for the colour. After five days of emails going back and forth she then asked me to go in so she could check it was not what I asked for. SHOCKING.... I had already sent the pictures in. Plus the lady (who is very sweet) did acknowledge when I said it was not what I asked for. So now I have been made to feel like I have been dishonest and need to be checked. This is very very poor customer service. Lack of empathy. Lack of understanding for my situation. And above all it's such a shame because if she offered me a refund it would of been dealt with. But now I have no choice to make others aware of the poor service I received.
