Delivery over 1 hr and a half after being told 45 mins. Food arrived cold. Food was bland. Had to microwave our meals and obviously didn’t enjoy it. Previous delivery to this, hadn’t come in a few hours, had to cancel order as they said it was the only way I can reorder. Food came late and was also wrong, so had to ring and complain. They redelivered the right food. I said I wouldn’t order again because I was so annoyed. Then over a year later, which was a few days ago, decided to give it another shot since the place I wanted to order from was closed, so this was the next option. Then this happens! Never again! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. A pot noodle from the petrol station would have had more taste to it and been quicker
Food was bland. Meat was undercooked and leaking hope we don't get food poisoning. Portions were ridiculously oversized - shocking amount of waste. Edit: Spoke with the restaurant and a refund is being issued for the starter which was the undercooked item Thank you. Edit 2: 10 days later and refund still not received.
Reasonably priced as most mains include rice or noodles. Tasty options suitable for vegetarians and do gluten free choices too. Fairly fast service considering it's all prepared and cooked fresh - you can watch them cooking your food. Loads of parking as in old Dundrum shopping centre. Parking is free for 15 mins but if you have to wait longer Diep will give you a ticket for free to cover parking. Only disadvantage is you still have to put the parking ticket in the machine which is near the exit.
Terrible place. Ordered for delivery and told 20 mins. Arrived and waited 50 mins in the freezing waiting area. Literally 10 people there waiting on collections. When i got home, i grabbed the bag of food to bring into house and the bag of food burst. Turns out 1 or the 2 main meals ordered wasnt there anyway, the starter was wrong and the other main course was splattered all oveemr ground outside my house. The girl working there kept telling people 20 minutes despite all these people clearly annoyed having to wait 50 mins. Will never go back. Actually meant to order saba anyway....way better service and food
Kid's Gaeng Kare Gai is horrible... nothing like the original dish. a square box of flat rice and pasty curry with just a hint of chicken, maybe potato, and huge chunks of onions... meh. good that i decided to try it before actually ordering for my kid... would never give it to a healthy kid. sorry..
Based on price i give a one star. Green curry is 11.50 but vegetarian? Btw add some colour to the green curry. The taste was normal. I wont praise on taste because thats what people pay for. Overpriced menu for a take away!!!!!
I got the tastless, watery chicken and cashew nut and my husband got the tastless, dry chicken massamman. Prawn crackers were nice at least.
I asked for noodles, take away. I had to come home and do myself some sauce cuz it has no taste at all. Noodles were overcooked.
Twice in a row we've gotten poor quality food. Not as nice as a curry you would make at home
Love their spice bag. They provide good quantity and quality for the price we pay.
