Lovely little village and awesome rooms in cottages at the back of a quiet, friendly pub. Warm and welcoming greeting from Andy - and two friendly cats - was followed by a really lovely stay. Beds super comfy, rooms are large, warm and clean. The purple theme in our room made it feel extra regal. So quiet at night and in the morning, we were woken only by a glorious dawn chorus, testimony to the scenic placement of these cottages. Definitely a place that is deserved of a crown.
Enjoyed ourselves with the family at quiz the atmosphere was warm a d welcoming a lovely way to spend a few hours
Sadly The Dickleburgh Inn wasnt for us, Andy & Tina were welcoming & friendly. The room was clean but shabby, chair had a broken leg, outside light not working, shower door fragile but I suppose you get what you pay for!! Outside was a mess, needs a very good tidy up, it could be lovely, so much potential! Booked 3 nights but only stayed one. Very disappointed
The rooms are well kept and the bed is huge! Plenty of tea/coffee facilities and the shower is very powerful and warm. The owners of the pub are very friendly, and the food is absolutely perfect. 10/10 would recommend a stay here.
Superb place, rooms outback away from pub, quiet and nicely furnished with classy touches and nice bathroom with big comfy beds. Friendly and helpful host. Easy to find, parking at the back. Village is nice with very good chippy and a spar.
We stayed in the accommodation behind the pub and it was lovely. The rooms were spotlessly clean with lots of storage and coffee and tea making facilities. The shower was lovely & hot and pretty powerful. The pub was friendly with regulars who were in most nights, it had a large TV and reasonable choice of drinks. Although the pub isn't serving a full menu the food we had was delicious and Tina tried her hardest to offer my grumpy teen something she could eat. If you don't want the pub food there is a lovely chippy 5 minutes walk away and Tina will give you plates and cutlery if you want to eat in the pub. The rooms were a good price and convienient with a local shop 2 minutes away. Dogs are welcome too. This was a great place to stay, quiet despite backing onto the pub, clean and spacious, would recommend.
Me and my girlfriend had a lovely stay at the Crown en route to a wedding. The room was clean, towels available as well as your essentials such as tea, coffee and busicits - the nice touches. The room was huge and the bed comfy, would definitely stay again!
We had a one night stay over. The owners were very friendly and could ask more from the room! Everything was beautifully laid out. Fantastic breakfast and a lovely cat in the garden. Nice garden furnitures front of our room. Parking right next to our room. No steps to get in the toom with a very cosy shower. Breakfast was £7.50. It was quality for money! The pub is in the hart of the village. Definitely recommend it!
Lovely rooms very welcoming staff, no food at moment as kitchen is out of action but great chip shop close by
I live in USA. I have stayed in many, many hotels. At one point I was a diamond rated guest with Hilton. I would choose the Dickleburgh crown over all of them. I really don't need the luxury of a 5 star Hilton, I would much rather have the hospitality that I received from Andy & Tina at the Dickleburgh Crown. It was absolutely outstanding. The food was great, the prices are very reasonable. I loved it there. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. I will go back there & I will take my wife with me to show off the place.
