What a waste of time, how people do business like this now a days.?? As a business owner me self I can't understand this. Haven't a clue what they are talking about no manners on the phone, try to convince me that what I was looking for would it be a massive job when it's only a 5min job and at the end just tells me to feck off. Stay away please
Absolute cowboys..My husband was sold a faulty indicator stick for €50 for an 04 Mercedes..when he went to get it they wanted an extra €50 to take the part out so he took the part out himself..a week later the mechanic putting the part in said it was not working.. my husband rang and was talking to a guy called Jordan asked if he could have a replacement.. he got angry just said you had only a week to bring it back and said no refunds or replacement .. when my husband asked to talk to a manager..he was told there's none..bunch of clowns..
Absolutely disgusting staff. No manners no respect for customers.. the part’s are more expensive then other places. You would get new part’s same price,, they won’t care about my review but I hope others will and don’t pay them anything.
Very unhelpful, I showed picture of part needed and also had the broken part in hand but said " No we just do the lights " I said it's not the lights it's the mechanism attached. No interest in looking at it.I had in cash in hand for part and now I will just have to buy it on line but was trying to support irish business at home but with that attitude and lack of helpfulness it's sad I have to buy abroad.

Terrible attitude towards customers. Jordan has no respect for anyone. He gets aggressive very easily. Whatever you do don't ask for discount. Horrible young man . Someone should show him a bar of soap and water too .
Got the wrong part yesterday and brought it back today and no problem getting money back and ray very helpfull advising on were i might get it. Really nice and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks
They are the most useless humans I have ever talked to. They have absolutely no respect for customer. And they mess you around on the phone having you call them back over and over again. Needed a spare part. All it took was a phone call to check they had it. Called out and it was ready for collection. Great service from a real mannefly trade assistant
I am based in Kerry and needed a part for my car, Diamond were very helpful, I rang on a Sat and they posted the part on Mon and I had it the next day. Very happy with the service.
