A very good professional bus company the buses are extremely reliable I was once on a black diamond bus to Walsall mosque for a special Ramadan prayer. And the bus arrived there two whole hours before the prayer even started. Such good reliable buses. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who uses public transport. The drivers are a credit to the bus company and a credit to me and I am proud of them for doing their jobs. A big round applause for all company members all staff and all drivers for making the black diamond bus company the best bus company in the United Kingdom. A very big thank you to every member of the black diamond bus company. Congratulations to all employees and drivers keep up the good work

1 star out of 5 seems over generous, but it wouldn't let me select 0 stars. Awful company, half the drivers cant speak English, drivers don't know the routes and often have to be shown the way, buses never turn up on time, if they actually turn up at all. It's long overdue that the Council shut this joke company down and got someone decent in who knows how to run a bus service. I've lost count the amount of times this company has made me late for work, luckily I have an understanding and sympathetic boss, otherwise I wouldn't have a job!

Sat in Merry Hill Bus stop the bus was parked up with two drivers sat chatting, the bus never left, after it bring half hour late I caught another bus, disgusting service, couldn't care less about the passengers
