Fantastic, friendly, very welcoming. I went in not really knowing what I wanted after a lovely consultation, we came up with a style. Excellent service! Just walked in to see availability got seen right away. Chelsea had wash cut and blow-dry my hair. She did a fantastic job. Hair felt absolutely amazing. Chelsea was very friendly had great conversation was like talking to a friend. Also gave great advice on hair care for my hair type which is curly. Got lots of compliments on my hair from family.
Lovely experience with trainee Natalie completing a Wash, Cut, Blowdry which was overseen by Simone. Clean and tidy salon with parking facilities nearby. Happy with the service I received today, would recommend.
I had been thinking of going back to DialEma in recent weeks but didn't make my mind up until a week ago I bumped in to Becky who looked after me before COVID days. When we were allowed to go to hair salons I found the cost had gone up by about £10. Hower, when I bumped in to Becky she went out if her way to say hello. Her kindness resonated with me as I hadn't been in recent years. I re booked her for an appointment this morning for a shampoo & wet cut. I have wavy hair & although have a short style, I like to make the most of my natural wave. I came out feeling so much better than I have been doing in the last 6 months or more. Admittedly I paid more but the extra cost was worth it! Thank You.
My daughter age 11 had an appointment with Natalie , who she has been to before. Natalie was really attentive and did just as we asked, to trim my daughter's hair and to give her curtains. She did a great job . Thankyou
I have moved to Solihull and looking for a regular hair salon. When I phoned the receptionist was friendly and once I got there the staff are lovely. I have been to chain hair salons like Toni and Guy and they just don't compare to the service you get at places like this. I've had my hair coloured by Simone who was patient and talked me through it and dud a great job. I've had my hair cut by Niamh who is a junior stylist I think! but was absolutely brilliant - the staff are ALL friendly, prices good and lots of parking behind their salon
Highly recommended have been using the salon now for 20 years, wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my hair

I have been using this hairdressers for few years now, always busy but they still have time for you and listen to what you want as well as giving good advice. Always a lovely experience.
Niamh is a superb stylist. Niamh is brilliant at layering my short hair. Dialema is an excellent salon. Friendly, professional staff and very clean & hygienic. Highly recommend.
