Booked taxi via app. Came a day early. Called and had an argument with a very rude woman then was told ‘Well you won’t be getting it at all’ then hung up on me! Told me it was my problem even though I have a screenshot proving date I’d booked

Called to order a cab to take me to the railway station, and when they asked where I needed to be picked up they hung up on me. Guess they couldn't be bothered to come out to my location, so they handled it in the rudest way possible.
