Tried to reschedule via website, did not work.  Tried first phone number on card, did not work.  There was no option to deliver to safe place, left note on door to place in safe place, did not leave parcel.  Had to collect from depot because there is no Saturday delivery or collection.  Forced to do. 26 mile round trip.  Not enough parking available at depot even though there was only two people in reception.  No seats in reception for my 15 minute wait to be served. Not impressed.

Lovely and clean, loads of parking, quick assistance, and very friendly and efficient staff members

Excellent service. Great deliver driver, friendly and reliable. Definitely recommend!

No allocated time slot, expected to sit in all day and wait.nDelivery could of been posted in letterbox….didn’t, I had to drive 45mins to collect.nText msg received of failed delivery, No note left to prove it was even attempted.

Very helpful delivery service.
