Shipment number: 2683954641n**DO NOT SELECT SAFE PLACE**nnThe driver of this delivery today 21 Nov 24 11:38hrs to my address had a safe place photo taken then the parcel was STOLEN by the driver. We have full proof, police are being informed and confirmation from eye-witnesses including other delivery companies.nnPoor show DHL, poor show.

Very disappointing service, delivery staff's inability to follow 'leave in safe location' instructions, despite outer porch door left open to facilitate this. Recorded instruction confirmed by hotline's staff However a lack of customer care to resolve the issue and with no update on where the parcel is or when it is to be redelivered, ridiculous scenario.

Had to change locations to ship my golf clubs back to US. They were so helpful and literally saved the day!! Thank you! Viva Las Vegas!

Very good service , great staff

Told me delivery was between 4pm - 6pm, then tried to deliver at 2.30 while I was out. Wouldn't redeliver that day so I had to pick up at the store between 7-8pm. When I got there, it was shut.nnEDIT: we bumped into one of the couriers and he went into the store, out of his way, to get the parcel for us after they had closed. Proper top bloke & made up massively for the delivery fiasco.
