Great service had issue with my parcel had to collect come here had no issue with my collection fast and simple good job
Had a lot of problems initially with DHL, but last few deliveries have been great, got a very friendly guy who knows where we live and is really nice to chat to. Unfortunately if it's not him on duty then it's very hot and miss if we get a parcel or not. Call centre is abysmal, I think it's based in India, very hard to get through to anyone, constant disconnects and hard to understand the person you're talking to.
Here at DHL Express Maidstone we run a courier business that puts out at least over 50 routes for the whole of the southeast of England. But with our fleet of vans they need to be washed, so every week at our service centre we have a mobile van wash that comes into wash the our vans. Mobile Fleetwash work tirelessly from 4pm to 7pm washing vans and lorries at our depo to keep the fleet nice and clean.nnA massive thank u every week to Jo and Tom Mobile fleetwash.
Twice of No attempt on delivery on my very important parcel. I spoke to sender and encourage not to use them.nParcel went back to sender in Switzerland.nI received a tracking message and it says that DELIVERY BY END OF TODAY.nMy day was wasted waiting for them.nI have been calling their phone but it goes to voicemail, I left tons of vm but no response at all.nI hope this people really actually do their job.nI have told my company not to use them.
Helpful staff. And, after some bad experiences with other carriers, DHL is the only one I trust these days.
