Food never arrived. The delivery updated to an hour.and.a.half.after the initial expected time. But didn't even meet that. Driver or the restaurant never awnsered.any queries and left with nothing to eat at 4:00am with the promise.that food would be moments.aeay for the last half an hour. Blatant theft
We first avoided this- seeing not a 4* rated. But, soon we realized- low ratings are from non-Asian people- who are not much familiar with the taste of Asian spices. One guy said- "they use same masala everywhere"- then I realized this guy has no clue about Asian food so I avoided all the bad comments. I would say- if you want to enjoy the food/spice- try this restaurant. The owner- Mr Arif- added Naga spice on request- which made the curry a great dish. If you want a mild-spiced curry- ask the owner- he will do it. Food quantity was great and price is really cheap. I have tried 3 other restaurants Jhorna, Kathmandu Kitchen, Bites of India in Belfast in 3 days- this is the best.
Tarka Dal -£8.95 same price as saag paneer, aloo gobi, veg curry but it’s litterally just greasy water with a tea spoon of lentils sunken to the bottom when I called to say about it they just sent me the same again.. but less apparently this is what tarka dal is supposed to be no it’s not! What an insult! Pilau rice was dried out. Saag paneer was nice hence the very generous review.
Spent 20 pound on Deliveroo on a munchy box and cheesy chip waited 2 hours then called them up. They said it was on its way. Waited another hour. It never came. I am a student and was splitting this meal with someone and can’t afford to of lost this money because of never receiving the food. I called them again and told them it never came they answered by saying they’re too busy and hung up. I then waited an hour ,incase it was genuinly a busy time for them, and rang again to just be brushed off and hung up on. Horrible customer service. Blatant theft.
If I had a choice, they’re good zero stars for no good customer service saying that I am Adams on the menu when they do not know very good for business zero stars for me, and four others from the local area of the Springfield Road
Have ordered from here twice & this time my order was ridiculous. Asked for no onions - kebab was covered in them, asked for garlic sauce & didnt get any, ordered a tub of chilli sauce & didnt get it then found a short hair in my food. Spent £3.50 on a smoothie & was sent pink tasteless water. Almost £20 spent for it to go in the bin.
Food disgusting,prepared probably on the floor as there was dark hair on it ,meat obviously wasn't fresh as was dried up like an old pair of leather boots,asked for salad all I got was a withered lettuce ,and onion,It too much to have Some tomatoes or pickled gherkin in a salad
Ordered food and then the delivery man came with the wrong food so then i rang the place and told them they gave the wrong food then the man on the phone was raising his voice and accused me of shouting when i was not and then the delivery man came and took the wrong food and said he would be back in 15 mins with the correct order but he did not came back, 36 pounds wasted!!!!
Please do not order from here I just put my whole order in the bin £21,50 food was late like rubber no taste unbeatable don't waste your time or money
