It was the only place that was open at the time, and I really fsncied a ruby, so I risked it. Quick delivery, lovely food, hot and tasty. Really pleased I tried. Have ordered a couple more times since, and always impressed.
This used to be our go to takeaway. The last 3 times our food has taken over an hour and a half to arrive with many calls to try find out why its been on route for ages.. the quality of the food was gone down dramatically, burnt garlic rice, containers of bland sauce with barley any contents for 11£ not and not even a complimentary sauce or poppadom when you spend 35 quid. Absolutely not worth the wait or the money and won't be eating with you again. Sort yourselves out.
I ordered food from them today and it took more than 2 hours longer than their ETA. I called in and was given completely inaccurate information by their staff. I feel bad for their overwhelmed delivery drivers. Kitchen Dhannya needs to not accept any more orders when it gets to be more than they can handle. It’s ok to decline an order, but not ok to keep someone waiting for hours with poor communication
During the 2 & 1/2 hour wait time for our food order we called the restaurant multiple times for order updates. We were consistently lied to and hung-up on by a rude and aggressive man named “Jamal” who answered the calls. Our food order finally arrived late, cold & missing items. Do not order from this place. Expect rude staff, long waiting times & poor food quality

Ordered on Deliveroo. Dint deliver for 3 hours despite saying they’ll deliver in 15 minutes every time I called. Then they said that can’t deliver because of snow which started 30 minutes after the order and then declined the refund on Deliveroo for items they never delivered! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I liked the lamb naga biryani. The takeway looks a glance of little bangladesh where explore it through the frame picture around n inside the shop. I usually have there food 2wice a week while i ws in london for a short trip of 2 months. The guy on taking order can suggest you what can be suitable to which flavour. They are highly rated on food hygiene with 5 star. Food is tastey and more flavour on curries. Best wishes to them.
Delivery was right on time. estimated time was 60 minutes though, so... still slow, but expected They sent an entire carton of juice! Added a star The curry itself is fine. You can definitely taste added sugar as previous reviews mentioned. The saag is much too sweet. It takes away from the flavor. It has a lovely flavor though, so I'm sorry it's so sweetened. The lamb tikka is just the right amount of spicy for me, which is fantastic, though the website said it would be mild and this might be a bit too much for someone expecting the typical bland flavor of "mild" I would say this is more on the medium side. The saag has no heat. It's a good balance, but it would be even better without the sugar. I've never heard of anyone adding straight up sugar to curry. If they continue to do so, I hope they use less. They did send huge portions, though, so you get your money's worth. No skimping as seen with the entire carton or mango juice I recieved All in all not too bad. Just don't expect the best curry you've ever tasted.
Review from 9 months ago Partner and I have spent today throwing up after last night's order, it's the only food we've shared this week, so seems the likely suspect. Food arrived rather late 90 minutes after ordering despite saying 35-50 had items missing too. The food came in plastic pots rather than foil for those that like to microwave their food. The food tasted good - just didn't enjoy throwing it up the following day. Edited to add - spent week in bed with severe food poisoning.
Order placed at 16.05hrs, estimated delivery time was 16.20hrs. 1 hour 20 minutes later, I am still waiting for the delivery. Tried calling the restaurant but no response. Is this good service?
