Had our sons soft play party here and staff went above and beyond when we explained our son was autistic and we had rented just for him. Brought through a trolley of toys and sensory items to keep entertained alongside the soft play items and bouncy castle. Will definitely be booking again, would recommend to anyone who is thinking about the soft play parties. Well worth it
Pool is very warm, not very organised lost property system. The meet kept having to be stopped and swimmers being told to step down from the blocks because they refused to turn their radios down.
We're on holidays in Dumfries this week and decided to go for a swim with our son today. We booked last night online. I really like the way the pools aren't overbooked like back home. It was a much more pleasant experience as a result. The pirate ship and slides were a big hit with my son. The leisure suite was very nice too! My son enjoyed a swim in the 25m pool which you book separately from the leisure pool. All the staff poolside whom we interacted with were so nice and helpful. A big shout out to Nate on reception who was extremely helpful and I can see why you're the first point of contact! Great job. nHighly recommend DG1 for a swim and a sauna. Didn't use the gym but it seemed very busy while we were there so it must be good.

Good gym, well equipped, clean, tidy and air conditioned. Plenty of facilities and helpful staff. Only downside is limited opening hours, especially at weekends. Currently have to book in using the app, gym has hourly slots but difficult to book the health suite due to limited space/numbers
