We went to the Taunton store because it had a particular sofa we wanted to see before ordering to make sure it was comfortable. It was perfect! I was going to order it online when we got home to Weymouth but Gareth was so helpful so we ordered it in store, it was much easier to go through everything with him. Can’t wait for it to arrive now! Thank you Gareth. Fantastic customer service!
What a great experience. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed a great experience. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We were looked after very well by Kyle. Would highly recommend this place.
Me and better half went here for a chair for 'herself' she doesn't have short legs but nowadays, according to designers every person is at least six feet tall! We looked around but found nothing suitable. We were approached by a salesman who did make some good suggestions and even said that we might try somewhere that does bespoke furniture. So we went home with no furniture but felt better for looking and also better after getting some good free advice, thanks for that. Recommended.
We have been to DFS multiple times and everyone is very helpful. We have been helped by Alan on many occasions. Myself and friends have purchased sofas, chairs etc. I would recommend this store.

DFS store in Taunton is a large modern well laid out store with a large selection of sofas, the staff are very helpful and professional, they helped me through buying my new sofas and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new sofa.

Bought 2 new sofas, got delivered on a Friday. Noticed a difference in the cushion firmness. 4 cushions in total in memory foam. 2 cushions are quite firm to sit on, what I'd expect. 2 you literally fall through. Helpline were good. Got a call back to discuss issue. Was told cushion will free up over time. Up to 12 weeks I was told. 1 day is slightly less. After expressing my discontentment, we have an engineer coming for a home visit later in the month. Will leave at 4 stars and review in March.
