If I could give them zero stars I would! We ordered a bed frame and mattress in March to be delivered at the beginning of April. It came and the main metal bar had been cut too short so they could not put the build the full bed apart from the frame and it had a cut on the fabric which we complained about and got told the supplier will think about what they can do and they would update us accordingly then we had to wait another week for another bar to come which ended up getting delivered to the billing address not the delivery address so we had to ring the driver after we had been told it had been delivered to the wrong address to tell them the bed still needs to be fully built so they responded with ‘oh we best go and get it and come to the right address’ anyway they came and the bar was the same size as the first one so they were unable to build the bed AGAIN. I spoke with the manager who didn’t seem bothered at all tried to fob us off by offering a £95 discount off a £1600 order which I said was an absolute insult considering how much we had chose to spend with them I just told them we want the bed we ordered .. he then came back offering us £200 off the bed frame if we kept it as it is and they would bring the correct bar the week after. They then came a week after with yet another wrong size bar, I rang the manager and told them to just get someone to pick the bed up his response was ‘I agree it’s ridiculous one minute’ put me on hold for a few minutes came back and said we will pick the bed frame up but you will still have the mattress on finance which I said no you can pick that up aswell it hasn’t even been opened or touched we have had to sleep in our spare room for over 3 weeks now because of this and we still have not got a new bed! Would never recommend DFS don’t waste your time no one takes the blame and they couldn’t care less about there customers

Excellent! A no pressure experience with a knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant salesman. He had the patience of a saint. If we decide to renew our furniture it would definitely be with Dfs.The quality and variety of furniture on offer in the showroom was also excellent.

Been a couple of times in the past for purchases for me and my parents so was excited to come back for a recent visit with friends.

Spoke to the Manager, David, and a couple of his staff that were very professional and also very helpful throughout.

Would definitely recommend this store to family and friends as selection is really good and cost is acceptable for the products.
