If you really want to treat yourself to good lounge furniture you could do a lot worse than DFS. Everytime I've come to this branch they've always had a sale going on.

DFS are a rip of company, the Guarantee is not fit for purpose, the cushions are only covered for 2 years, not 10 or 15 that they advertise. The frame is covered under the guarantee but if they cant fix the sofa its not there fault and you have to replace at the customers cost. The sofa's are very bad quality built not to last, and then they don't work with the suppliers so when the cushions go flat you cant replace them. I would advise anyone to not waste there money on the rubbish

Poor service and one of the stocky delivery guy is rude. He was raising his voice on me in my own home. I filed a complaint to the manager and did not hear anything up to now. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered a £900 sofa *guarenteed* before Christmas which still hadn’t arrived 4 weeks later (as well as a 3 week delivery time). Arrived a day before Christmas and they refused to take my sofa out of the lorry as I hadn’t paid our balance (which I had and proved to them with my NatWest app and confirmation email). They rang to apologise that I had in fact paid the next day. It was then too late to rearrange delivery before Christmas due to the late delivery. My whole family spent Christmas Day sitting on hard wooden stools in our new flat. It got worse from then but have run out of steam bothering writing to much more- Essentially 6 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything apart from an automated email. I rang the store three times getting fobbed off saying they’d get back to me. Then got offered £40 compensation plus delivery when I eventually got a call from the extremely unhelpful and rude manager Chris who said that it’s not a negotiation when I said it wasn’t really good enough. Safe to say I’ve asked for my money back and remains to be seen how long I have to wait for that to appear in my account. Wasted 6 weeks of my time and ruined Christmas Day for my family.
