Phoned late on Friday to the Dr’s. No appointments until Monday but they said go to Healds Road Pharmacy.nThe Pharmacist in the name of Zareen did all that was necessary with great enthusiasm to help.nOverall great experience.
Pathetic. Genuinely a pathetic pharmacy. Ended up changing pharmacies thankfully.nnNo contact regarding prescriptions you’re waiting on. Takes an age for them to do anything when you actually go there. Ring them and it’s like you’re speaking a different language. Not a hint of customer service skills or social ability.nLike just smile at least lmao.nnJust avoid if you’re thinking of changing to here.
One the most helpful and kindest pharmacy I have been I too I literally rang around full Dewsbury and Batley for a medicine which no one stocked except for this pharmacy.nnThey also took time out to help with a form that I can claim back money for the medication.nnWhich ever pharmacy I’ve have been to they always seem to be very rude and do not want give that time and advise to a customer.nnI felt very welcomed here and I will come here in future even though I live a little far from here.
Hi I arrived at the pharmacy 5 minutes to 9 there was customers inside but the door was closed the rude young workers told me it’s closing time and refused to open the door they locked customers in and turned lights of to make sure I didn’t get my medication until a beautiful lady with glasses forgot her name was about to leave and she fully turned everything back on and got me the prescription with the generosity and kindness of her heart in my opinion the attitude of the two young workers is appauling they should be saked anyway may allah bless that lady ameen
What is going on with this pharmacy had to go in because they wouldn't pick up the phone then. When I got here I told them to switch where I can pick up the prescription. And was told it was moved. Later on when I called the pharmacy it was moved to they didn't have a record of it.nI had to ring them again thankfully they picked up this time and I could change it again. What the it's a pain dealing with this.
