It is a good place to connect between Wakefield, Leeds, Huddersfield and Bradford. I would love it to have more sitting areas for people waiting for their buses to arrive.

I take public transport everyday using metro, when the busses turn up it helps but I have a bus cancelled everyday now, the toilets here are usually clean but not always and have seen an old man with toilet issues relieve himself at the door of the toilets because they was closed,

The screens just make up the bus times several time I’ve watched the bus I was waiting for vanish off the screen with no info

Very depressing town lot of shops closed up banks closed terrible atmosphere spending millions on a old arcade hoping to regenerate the town not a hope

We were sheltered from the weather.  There are toilets and there are information boards.  My bus was cancelled meaning I had an extra half hour to wait.  Other than that it was fine.
