Owner has very poor customer care skills, I choose to travel to another post office whose staff possess manners.

Tried taxing a red saab 11.1.18. staff said could not be done without previous owners post code. Load of rubbish, main post office in W H Smith (Chorley), manage to do it without any problems at all. I think some training is required.
