Went as a group for pre Christmas Carvery and it was very good. Having chosen meal waitress took meal to table. Takes well spaced not squashed together. Very airy, good view of gardens. Large lounge to sit in after if required. Have been before to lounge just for coffee, made a change from busy cafes in town.

Found this hidden beauty after myself and other half had to cancel a week away,just found ourselves with a few days free and decided to Google some hotels in Devon and glad we chose this one.The rooms are adequate for what you need and the facilities at the hotel are superb and the extra touch is the staff the most friendliest and helpful staff we have ever encountered at a hotel stay really makes it a welcoming stay with an excellent breakfast .Definitely visiting again soon and will take advantage of the leisure facilities on offer and the luxurious gardens they have to offer .Really recommend this hotel

Only book here if you want: *friendly, helpful staff *a delicious breakfast with plenty of options *fantastic leisure facilities *to be able to use the hotel facilities all day on check out day *be close to the beach and a stroll away from Exmouth *beautiful gardens *happy hour deals at the bar. I did not want to leave and plan to return soon.

Nice place to stay if you are visiting Exmouth. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Their hospitality beams through and through. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away. Some of the apartments have sea view which is great. Which brings me to the accommodation. Some of the furnishings in the apartments are great. I am referring to the sofas, coffee tables, flat-screen TVs. Extra portable heating facilities are provided in the bedrooms to keep you nice and warm. All nice and dandy! But I cannot get over the fact that the kitchen and in particular, the toilet facilities are dated. Very dated. The kitchen I can forgive but the toilets are in serious need of redecoration. So whilst the living room has been dragged into the 21st century, the loos are stuck in 1977...which is a shame really. The toilets and showering facilities need some serious updating and I am being serious. Cistern covers that are cracked, shower cubicles sliding doors that are shaky and look like they may come off the rail; toilets that will require several flushes to get even tissue paper down. The whole thing is crying for serious updating and I hope the hotel management will read this and do something about it...and I am not being malicious by posting this. I enjoyed my short stay there and you were nice to me and my family. No qualms about that. I just would like the place to be spruced up. The management may do well and shut the place down during this winter months and do some much needed updating and redecoration in readiness for spring and summer next year. It will pay off in the long run. Just my 2 cents.
