Looking for LVT floors for our hall and family room. Complete Floors had a great selection including a new firm Brampton Chase which we hadn't seen at other retailers. Their Californian Oak was exactly what we were looking for. Mel, Connor and his team did an excellent and very professional installation of our hall and family room 50 sq metres. We were so delighted that we decided to have the floor installed also in the dining room. Once again Connor did an excellent job, seamlessly linking it through to the flooring in the hall. Very pleased will all aspects of their supply and installation. Would highly recommend.
In April and September this year Mel and Connor installed vinyl tiles in our hallway, three bedrooms and lounge. They were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job with the floors. Unfortunately, our experience has not been as smooth as others seem to have had though. The pre-sales and actual installation were both great. But we've really struggled to get any issues sorted out after we paid. When we had our bedrooms done in June, unfortunately one of our mirrored wardrobe doors was broken. Mel was hugely apologetic and we agreed that rather than having to source a new door, he would glue an MDF sheet over the glass that we painted. A compromise. We booked them again to do our lounge floor in September. There was an unfortunate mix up with dates which meant the floor had to be done in one day, by just one person rather than over the planned two. Connor worked like crazy but got it done. He told us before he left that the door bar separating the vinyl lounge floor and tiled kitchen might lift and to contact them if it does. As he predicted the next day it completely lifted. A week later they returned to fix it. After a couple of days it lifted again. This time after a number of calls and messages Mel came out after a couple of weeks to repair it again. Unfortunately it lifted a third time and we can't get them to commit to a date to fix it. It has been over 5 weeks of waiting and having a trip hazard in the middle of our lounge and dining room/ entrance. And nearly three months since the floor was installed and we started having this issue. As we really need this sorted, we have no other choice but to try find someone else to fix it which we will have to pay for. After starting off so well, it is disappointing that we have not had the same 5 star experience everyone else seems to have had.
Complete Floors gave us the most competitive quote and did a fabulous job. On time and thoroughly professional from start to finish. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Thank you Mel.
