I have regular hydra facial treatment & it’s always with Elisha. She explains what she is doing at each stage & how it is benefiting my skin. She is very knowledgeable & a real asset to your company. She always has a smile on her face & makes me feel very comfortable. So much so that I look forward to each session. Thank you Elisha & keep up the good work.
The ladies were friendly and very welcoming and kind. My treatment was done by Susan. She is very knowledgeable with that the treatments she does and she goes above and beyond to satisfy needs and provides a lot of care. Great clinic and staffs are very warm-hearted. Would recommend to use this clinic.
I will be nice and put one star but Skn clinics deserve 0 star. I booked my appointment, they forced me to pay on front all the amount of money over £300 I asked several times, is it going to be the same machine that I have been using, the person says yes yes they are the same machines you don’t need to do a patch to test this time I was flying abroad so I couldn’t risk to lose the appointment and I went confident to have my treatment but when I arrived there they say “I’m sorry you can’t have the treatment you need a patch!” It was literally the day before my flight, I couldn’t have my treatment so I told them that I want the refund as it was their mistake!! They say that “it takes a long time till you can have your refund” … but they didn’t answer emails, calls, I won’t do ANY treatment in that clinic ever again, so yes I want my refund. Hopefully after this lovely review someone call me or reply to me. It’s just the worse clinic I have ever been.
I have had 2 chemical peels so far for acne treatment. Picked this clinic as since u was a kid I know they have been about and offer more medically qualified staff than other skin clinics. Larissa has carried out both of my treatments and I will be going back in a couple of weeks for a third. Staff are always friendly, and I really like that they advise but don't hard sell product ect. Didn't make me feel anymore insecure about my skin and I am really comfortable going there.
I spoke to the lady I saw and explained what I was hoping to get. She looked at my skin and explained about the problems I had and listened carefully and told me what would be best and how it would be done etc. I think she did a great job and I came back feeling very pleased and satisfied. I can’t wait for my treatments to start in January. Thank you to everyone at skin clinic.
Had tattoo laser removal. Had 8 sessions at the Wolverhampton clinic and was very happy. Service was good and I felt my appointments ran to a good schedule persistently and the staff were helpful and friendly. I then had 4 more sessions but got moved to temple street Birmingham. Unfortunately my two out of the four appointments were rescheduled very last minute. Due to the phone system it was very difficult to speak to someone and reschedule each time. I also raised my complaint over the phone, but no one ever got back to me. I feel it’s fair to say the experience was very different at this clinic. My tattoo service did go well and I did feel very safe with all staff advice and trusted them. It was only the customer service that lacked slightly.
My treatment was done by Susan. She was great and knowledgeable in what she is going. She’s very kind and helpful and will do her best to satisfy needs. She is very friendly and will give great advices.
Pushy on sales of products. I just wanted a hydra facial to refresh my skin in preparation for an event and left with products that are over priced and have further clogged my pores. My initial concerns were not listened to , you are just pressure sold into buying mid quality products. I left feeling discouraged and deflated so cancelled subsequent appointments. Pushy and don’t listen to concerns - all they want is to upsell. The sales pitch is clear and trained into staff - not a personalised experience
This clinic is just a SCAM, they will find all the ways or methods to make you loss your appointment and THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. I got an appointment yesterday but my train was delay so I call the centre immediately 40 min before my treatment once I notice it, they said it's fine I can still come, but they told me they dont have any staff to proceed the treatment when I arrive so they rebook for me on today. It's understandable because I am late for my treatment. And today I got a call from the clinic saying I have to pay for today treatment as they said I have lost my treatment because I didnt attend yesterday treatment. And keep mentioning about term & condition blablabla, I am not a local so my english isnt that fluent but they talked fast- basically just dont let me talk, i feel it is language discrimination there, so at the end I just talked with my best and asked for reply from manager by ignoring her continuous, repeated speech about term & condition. Here is an extract from T&C on their website: Pre-paid value pack or course of treatment under Cancellation Policy- Pre-paid value pack Please be aware of our business opening hours when calling to reschedule or cancel, to ensure you give us the correct notice period. Any cancellation within 72 hours will result in your DEPOSIT being redeemed. HOWEVER, THEY CHOOSE TO REDEEM MY TREATMENT VALUE WHICH IS MUCH HIGHER THAN THE DEPOSIT. I am an old client and bought treatment package from them even I know they like to sell products during treatment, but I am really disappointed after this.
