Terrible service in answering the phone and never enough appointments.80 times of trying to get through then very arrogant sounding ladies answered.just rang Rothwell and got through first time to the queline which at least tells you were you are and how long it may take.desborough should learn from this

Dehumanizing. The most difficult and unprofesional staff. Literally u wud get better healthcare in the post office. I was assulted buy the manager when i asked to speak to her about her rude staff. I have it on video too

Struggling to get an appointment, ended up going to hospital where I was seen within 30 mins and given antibiotics. Receptionist rude and won't allow me to book an appointment without telling her exactly what it is for! None of her damn business!

Hard to get appointment, some of gp doctors are way unprofessional for this sort of job. Some of doctors are nice and helpful.
