Every problem is overcome, they cover everything and clean up afterwards and the standard of work is excellent, I have no safety issues with our installations and the finish on the chimney plate is amazing. Derwas fitted a new stove and flue to our property Jan 2024. The sales staff where helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were careful, polite and made sure we understood everything they were doing and how to get the best out of the stove. My lounge was cleaner when they left than before they arrived!! The stove is brilliant. Thank you.
The guys who came to install our stove were amazing, professional, polite and friendly. They protected our floors and worked hard in difficult conditions to get everything perfect. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Oddly enough, I have not bought anything from Derwas; however, while my wife and I were on our Honeymoon we inadvertantly were stranded in Welshpool we're American and had never used the UK train system before. We were tired and wet, both our phones had died, and we had no idea how to get to where we needed to go. Wandering into town we stopped in at Derwas and asked for help; and we recieved it in spades! We were able to rest, charge our phones, informed of where we needed to go next, and even given some tea. The staff are kind, attentive, and after chatting with them learned that they take their work very seriously. If we lived in Wales and needed a fireplace, they would be the first people we go to.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Derwas who recently installed a new woodburner for us. They gave us excellent advice about the type and make of burner that would meet our specific requirements. They also went to great lengths sourcing some materials that had been discontinued to avoid a much bigger and expensive job. The install was done very professionally with real attention to detail. We are very happy with our purchase and the excellent service we recieved.
I really can't praise Derwas enough. We are thrilled with the service provided by them, Kaye and Mike have been nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. Scotty the installer was just fantastic - both stove installs were finished to an exceptional standard - we had one new install and one total re-build. All of the correct paperwork was handed over and a full tutorial on their operation was given. We are now looking forward to Winter for the first time ever!

We found Derwas to be a really professional company to deal with. Good advice over which product suited our needs best, a fully conducted survey, then a trouble free installation, all carried out by experienced tradesmen. Derwas may not be the cheapest company but you get what you pay for and quality is always remembered a long time after price is forgotten.
From start to finish an excellent service. We were very clear about our requirements and budget, and were shown the most appropriate stoves accordingly. The survey was prompt and very thorough and the installation faultless. Our home was well protected against any potential fallout of which there was none and the team was efficient, helpful, informative and certainly went the extra mile in tidying up the ravages of time around our hearth. A very good job at a sensible and reasonable price.
