DeRosier Chocolate & Coffee

Probably a really nice place, but my experience was not very welcoming or pleasant. Both ladies was very cold, little to no communication. They didn’t even take my order just stared at me. They just placed my order on the counter and turned their backs on me. Now when I entered there was a gentleman being served and the ladies were very chatty and smiling with him. When it came to me they were not the same. Now I don’t want to say my race black woman played a part in the way I was treated but it’s hard to not feel that way. I believe the owner/manager might need to consider diversity training for their staff members in treating all customers the same.

Always great coffee/hot chocolate and friendly service. Inside is small and vibe can sometimes be spoilt by customers having loud phone conversations...

I had cappuccino and a box of six chocolate. Three of salted caramel chocolates, one milk and chocolate, one peanut praline and one raspberry chocolate. From this selection, I found the raspberry chocolate most wonderful. I loved cappuccino with chocolate powder on top of it, however I felt a bit frustrated when I found no chairs in the store. I was planning to take a rest after taking a walk but the plan was failed due to the situation.

Lovely little chicolate and coffee shop with friendly staff. I had a mocha made with melted dark chocolate, it was perfect.

Super welcoming and friendly atmosphere. If you have a sweet tooth or on the lookout for a luxury chocolatey gift then this is the place for you. My wife had a coffee and one of their famous brownies. It was super decadent and literally oozing with rich chocolaty goodness. Now I don't have much of a sweet tooth but I had a half and half hot chocolate which gives you some bitter notes that I think made this one of the best hot chocolate i have ever had. Absolutely delicious and would def come back just for the staff! A gem that you have to look for but will never forget!

One of my top places to get coffee, it's so delicious I'll go out of my way to visit. The chocolate is excellent too, sometimes I get a cappuccino just for the chocolate shavings on the top. Their hot chocolates are just as delicious and their cakes never disappoint. You can buy the coffee beans that they use, it's excellent but it tastes better from their machine obviously.

I love DeRosier chocolate shops. The staff are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, offering a brilliant service all round. I really can't fault it! When I asked the owner to create a surprise mocha for me the other day, it felt really bespoke. And it was of course delicious! Best hot chocolate in the area and great to support a local business!

The best coffee in the area,in my opinion. Also the hand made chocolates are amazing. So nice to have small, independent business like this thriving in our community.

Excellent caramel cappuccino and brownie. Will definitely be returning. A minute walk to Wimbledon Park.
