Emergency prescription sent to this chemist because it advertises it is open until 11pm... got there for 2200 hours closed.. No answer on the phone... very unprofessional... my son is very ill and needs his prescription now having to go to A&E... Disgusting

Really friendly and knowledgeable. As everyone is struggling to get an appointment with the Drs they were so accommodating and helpful to what I needed and able to prescribe antibiotics. Thank you

The pharmacy is okay BUT don't rely on the opening times.  The "11 PM opening time"  means that they usually close at 10 PM,  10.15 PM the latest. If they have some paperwork to sort out they might stay opened until 11 PM if you're lucky.  So if you need something in the middle of the night,  keep that in mind.  You can still go to Victoria station and find a pharmacy there which is open until 11 PM.

Poor service. Sent urgently by hospital GP to fulfil prescription as due to close at 11 pm, arrived 10:45 to find them closed!

Wow, amazing service. I went there early this morning as it opened and had to go back tonight late. I called the prescriptions line and got a call back at 8.45pm very promptly.  I am so grateful to the pharmacist. He is a prescribing pharmacist too, which is rare these days. What a hard working man and very kind too.  Will go here from now on. Excellent!

Came back from a holiday with an ear infection. Got treated on the spot, no pain since. I went from agony to pain free within seconds.

Staff member tried to over charge, said that the extra amount was left on the card machine by a previous member of staff I didn't see any but card machines don't work like that. If it had 8.50 on it already entered, typing the amount of 19.99 for instance will either enter 1999 as the first 4 digits of a 16 digit card number, or if the previous amount wasn't entered, it would look like 19998.50.  Staff member then issued me a refund in cash instead of via the card machine for some reason and I've just had the note they gave me taken by a shop because its fake.  The reaction upon realising their mistake was less than apologetic. I am suspicious that staff are refunding card payments into cash for their own benefit because none of this adds up as someone who has worked retail for many years.

Excellent pharmacy, very helpful staff, knowledgeable pharmacist. Always go here, they deliver my medications too which is very convenient. Wheelchair accessible. Stock a good supply of other items such as toiletries, baby essentials, vitamins, etc. Great opening hours and always willing to help by phone too.

Poor customer service. I called at 8.45pm and asked the guy if my partner could come in from the local hospital to get some penicillin for my 18 month old son. He said we're only open til 9pm. I said she's on her way right now so he reluctantly said okay. My missus got there at 9.04 and they'd closed up and wouldn't answer the door. My sons 18 bloody months old. Disgusting!!!

Brilliant pharmacy, I work in a care home and whenever we got stuck with a prescription they always helped us out, and on a personal level they have been fantastic, it's the only pharmacy I'll ever use.
