Went to the pharmacy twice today once for me and once for my son. Normally they are so good but the Pharacist the older man dismissed us both times with call 111, no examination, no further suggestions. I got the impression he was busy and didnt want to leave the counter to even look. My son had an earache and fluid coming out of his ear...normally they would at least look to see if an infection was present. This time nothing i got the impression both times he could be bothered.

I have been using Derix pharmacy for many years and I hate to go anywhere else. The staff are always approachable and friendly, they give great advice and if they don't know the answer to something they always find out. The prescribing pharmacist Ash is great with children and we have used his service to get a diagnosis/medication when there are no doctors appointments available. Highly recommend

Very disappointed with my repeat prescription. I was told on Wednesday that my meds would be delivered in a blister pack that evening.  When I rang today Saturday. I was advised the chemist that did the packs was only in today and I needed to pay for the packing before it could be issued. First time I was told about payment. I told them to issue the meds unpacked  and that was OK. It is now 18.20 and still waiting.nnWell now 21.00 and they are shut and my meds have still not arrived. Thank goodness, I don't need them to stay alive,  oh yes they are. So I will have to make call number five tomorrow morning. Really isn't very good service.nnHow can a change my one star review to zero?

Compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Pharmacist helped my young daughter on a busy Sunday morning, his advice was what we needed to hear. Would recommend and will now be a loyal customer!

This is the second I have gone to derix as the hospital both times sent prescriptions there as they are down as open, to drive 15 minutes to then be closed!nDon’t have opening times if you’re not going to follow them!!!
