Honestly, the world would be a much better place if everyone was like Gary. Extremely professional yet compassionate. Had car delivered and responds promptly to any queries. Came down 40 minutes away to sort out one very minor issues after the purchase. I would very much do this again. 5 stars no doubt.

I couldn’t recommend Derg Valley Autos enough. From start to finish Gary was brilliant. From the first message he was really on the ball even replying on a Sunday night. I had one issue with the car I test drove and Gary immediately said he would get it all checked over again for me. He then drove nearly 2 hours to drop the car off for me!! I really have never had customer service like it. Thanks again :
Bought a jeep of Gary this week and traded in my car! Gary was brilliant from the day 1 of chatting too him, very professional and a sound man. From first point of contact Gary was on the ball, great at maintaining communications throughout deal, anything he could do he done to the letter, even delivered vehicle to my front door which was a one and a half hours trip from his premises on a Saturday evening, what more could one ask. Not your typical salesman just trying to get a sale, he made sure the purchase was right for me and never pushed at any stage. A real pleasure to deal with and I will certainly be dealing with him again. Thanks again Gary.
Car was in excellent condition, all washed, serviced and valeted, and a full tank. SOME room for haggle! We'd be back if we didn't live 2 hours drive away!
Contacted Gary on Wednesday passed about a beautiful a5 I had saw, arranged to drive down to view the car on the Friday. Gary was beyond helpful, answered every question i had and had everything sorted and ready to go 5 days later ! also traded my car in. New car was spotless , great service and mot !
