Surprised at the existing one star reviews. Called for a cab to Dolgellau, arrived in ten minutes, very friendly and knowledgeable driver. Dropped us off and when we said we'd be getting a cab back later that evening, didn't take any cash from us and quoted us an overall price for both journeys, which we paid on the way home. Great experience, recommended some nice pubs too.

I simply called to ask for a quote and was spoken to in a very poorly way. I understand it's the bank holiday weekend but he questioned my reliability and made me feel like a young brat even though I have booked a table at a restaurant with my boyfriend for dinner and we just simply need a lift home afterwards. I was so shocked by his telephone manner. He made it sound as though he had no time for us and no interest. I don't know why he bothered to even answer the call. Atrocious customer service.
