I have been using Derek for over 10 years now. He has fitted new boilers,showers and bathroom suites. His service is second to none, with first class workmanship. I don't need to worry about when my boilers need there annual checks as Derek tells me and books me in advance. Derek is proper old school with his approach to work and service. We had a new boiler installed from Derek Campbell plumbing and the service we received was excellent. From initial contact to installation of the boiler everything was smooth and we received fantastic customer service. Derek and his team arrived promptly on time, very particular of ensuring the higest standards leaving no mess before, during or after the installation. I would highly recommend Derek Campbell plumbing service, it was excellent from start to finish.

I came home one night to find my kitchen all steamed up and my boiler was continually running!! I contacted Derek Campbell who responded within half an hour. He took control of a very concerning situation. I found him to be very professional, reassuring, thorough and he helped me by taking photographs for my insurance company. I would highly recommend him.

Derek Campbell fitted my new bath shower and also my boiler exelent workmanship very prompt professional and above all reliable service cleans up after himself also no mess at all would have no hesitation in recommending Derek and have done to a few of my neighbors always uses best of stuff not cheap rubbish good value for your money because he garantees his work. As I say very happy with the work carried out in my house. Would have no hesitation in having him back.

Called Derek out a few weeks ago to repair my boiler in the cold spell as British Gas were to busy despite having a small child, I had no heating or hot water. He was there within the hour and sorted it in whizz time and fortunately for me he had all the parts to get me up and running again. Very pleasent, prompt and delighted with a first class and affordable service.
