I have always been anxious to go to the vets because ive had some really bad experiences. Today I brought my tuxedo cat Lou Lou for a check up and the staff at front counter and the vet I didn't get her name were absolutely astounding. They kept checking up whilst I was waiting to make sure I was okay, the vet was so understanding and talked me through every process. I honestly have never experienced such a place like this. The price is fair, staff accommodating and lovely. This will now be my go to vets.
Absolutely brilliant team!nTook us on from another local vet who said they could not treat our dog's cancer.nFrom first consultation we were quickly seen by Flo, who was honest enough to say she thought surgery was possible but that it required a more specialised approach than the practice could offer at present so she referred us on to another independent specialist vet just outside Cambridge. Consultations & surgery were complete within 3 weeks.nDereham Vets fully supported the process by issuing prescriptions as required, always in a timely manner. & were kept informed during every stage of treatment & aftercare.nWe are pleased to say that our boy has just received his first all clear from the specialist, so thank you to everyone at Dereham Vets for taking on a very sick dog who had been written off by another practice at very short notice. Your care & compassion mean he is alive today.
I can’t thank this vets enough for supporting us through a difficult situation, always put pet first , informative and compassionate when it came to making difficult choices best vet practice in Dereham by far !
The professionalism and empathy they showed us was exceptional. We had to have our dog put down and they spoke us through everything that was happening and made sure it all happened at our pace. They supported us amazingly and made such a difficult decision so much easier. Thank you.
We had to have our doberman Hugo put down last week at Dereham vets. The staff were really kind, understanding and compassionate. I can't recommend them enough and they made something really difficult, a little bit easier. They also sent us a card to say that they are thinking of us which was really thoughtful of them.
