I joined the gym December 2025. The gym is well equipped. New equipment was installed January 2026 and there is now a new free weights room on the ground floor. The main gym is situated on the 1st level. There is a lift available. The gym gets busy at the times I go, which is  between 6pm and 8pm weekdays. I am unable to advise how busy it gets at other times as I have never been. The treadmills are very popular so you often have to jump on one quickly before someone else does. The gym could really do with another 3 or 4. There are also changing facilities, toilets and showers available. There is parking but it does get quite full at the times I go.  Sometimes you have to drive around to find a space. The staff are quite helpful and will try to answer questions regarding the equipment. On the whole my experience is positive.

Lovely modern leisure centre.  6 lane swimming pool but it was nice that even on a saturday afternoon there are 3 lanes and half the pool set out for families.nnChanging rooms very clean.  You have to take your shoes off which is a good thing.  They could do with more racks to store shoes.nnSome lovely comfy sofas near reception!nnLoads of free parking.

Regularly swim here. Great pool. Changing rooms could do with a new floor and updating, and the showers are a bit tatty, but it’s still a great place to swim

My first time there,  it's a beautiful big building with a lovely swimming pool.  Lockers take £1 and there were plenty of them. There didn't seem to be many showers or I couldn't find them .  Just 3 toilets and 1 was out of action and there was no toilet paper in the other 2!.  The pool had a couple of lanes for swimmers with the rest of the pool open.  It was all very clean.

Great facilities, well equipped gym with cardio and d weights plus big swimming pool. Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. I went with my daughter, we both felt comfortable, did an hour will be going again today. Have signed up to rolling monthly contract.nDefinitely recommend :
